Hello all just thought i'd share my recent dissapointing customer service experience from busters motorcycle part
ordered a new motobatt off ebay 48.99 seemed like a good buyit turned up and it was the wrong one 30mm too tall i figured out that the battery listed was for the american market fzr 600 r which is basically the earlier uk model fzr and not the foxeye uk model which is my bike
So spoke to gruff of busters on friday morning and explained they had made a mistake in the listing (they agreed it was their mistake)
so i said what are you going to do to rectify YOUR mistake can you next day me the correct battery and collect the wrong one? No sir you have to arrange a courier to pick it up and when we get it back we will refund you
long story cut short yuasa battery delivered today from mds battereies thanks guys 35 quid delivered outstanding
BUSTERS THANKS FOR NOTHING I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN
you have been warned folks their customer service is TERRIBLE
p.s. still waiting for my money back off them
