When I received my order the incorrect item had been sent out, so I returned the item promptly. it took a further 4 weeks and lots of phone calls to eventually get the correct item. When I telephoned regarding the order I was greeted by a rude, uninterested member of staff, who kept saying, “the item is on its way and will be with you within 48 hrs”, it clearly wasn’t. I will never order from this company again and most definitely would not recommend them. They seem happy to take your money and uninterested in giving a good, prompt service. Very unhappy customer.

Ordered top box on e.bay store. Came with parts missing. Called the number on invoice, person answered M&P. I asked if it was busters to be told never heard of them! Call cost me £6.00. Checked web, busters is trading name of M&P. Why lie? Sent photos through e.bay, they confirmed parts were missing and would be with me in 2 days. 10 days later, nothing!! Phoned again, on landline I found. Sales said didn't know anything about parts being sent. Offered me a discount on future purchases. No thanks! Returned goods to them next day. Will not be shopping there again!!!! Take note and read the reviews first!

Bought my other half a Tuzo helmet from Busters on ebay. It had a lift up jaw section that was supposed to pivot up then click back down into place. However, the body of the helmet and the plastic jaw section were slightly different shapes, meaning that when you lifted the jaw up, it flexed out and was no longer in alignment with the rest of the helmet. This meant when you went to lower it again it wouldn't 'click' into place. I was advised that you had to put pressure on the plastic (so, bend it out of shape) to make it line up! They insisted this was something you could do while the helmet was on your head and wasn't a 'fault' - in fact it was pretty tricky to do and for me involved having it in front of you and using both hands! After a couple of messages back and forwards they just stopped replying and I had to raise a claim with Ebay, who refunded me the full amount (Busters wouldn't refund the P&P, claiming it wasn't faulty). I'll think twice before buying from them, or their sister company M&P, again.

Used their website to order a chain and sprocket kit. Payment was taken immediately. Received an email confirmation of my order but when the package arrived the content was not what I had ordered - wrong chain, wrong sprockets! Spoke to them on the phone twice to explain and all I got was arrogant guys telling me I must have ordered those items as it's an automatic system which they don't touch! I explained that I took a screenshot of the order and had the confirmation email from them so I KNOW WHAT I ORDERED but they refused to acknowledge the problem was with them. Returned the items to them and had a refund a few days later. Total waste of time, I will never use this ignorant firm again.

I've been waiting two weeks now for a brake hose. Meanwhile my bike is off the road. Instant money grab by busters though so they've got that sorted. A phone call got me only a vague flippant non - response. This used today be a good company today deal with, now they just don't care.

Ordered 3 Optimate battery charger leads - they only delivered one but took the full payment. They promised to deliver the others on next day delivery but failed to do so and are not responding to any chasing. very disappointed.

Bought from there eBay sales a chain and sprocket. Got email today saying I'd ordered wrong one and to re order again exactly the same one??... I phoned, choose option 3 eBay sales then got a person who can't see eBay sales, said u need to email them, it's the only way they respond.. He said they hadn't taken the money!, guess what they have!!!!

I ordered an oil filter and oil as a package on Thursday night and It arrived Friday afternoon. From ordering to delivery, the oil hardly had time to drain from the engine before it had arrived, was highly delighted with the speed of delivery.Will definitely use Busters again.And well done to the courier for getting it to us in record time. Thanks For an excellent service

I had an issue with quality on a purchase of motorcycle boots from Busters and Mark Thomas who is the Ebay Accessories department manager dealt with my concerns in a manner that exceeded all my expectations. He ended up providing an upgraded set of boots to me at a discounted price. This he did not need to do and he went the extra mile (or ten!!) to keep a customer happy. Definitely will continue to buy all by Motorbike accessories from them in future - I have found their prices for everything from brake pads to filters etc is the cheapest on Ebay anyway so everyone is a winner! Thanks Mark / Busters!

Ordered jacket it said 48 hour delivery after 6 days no jacket . Trying to contact the idiots get told it is not in stock and they where waiting to c if any more come in well cheers I have my cbt booked for 3 days time now I have to rush around to find one do not Use

Hello all just thought i'd share my recent dissapointing customer service experience from busters motorcycle part ordered a new motobatt off ebay 48.99 seemed like a good buyit turned up and it was the wrong one 30mm too tall i figured out that the battery listed was for the american market fzr 600 r which is basically the earlier uk model fzr and not the foxeye uk model which is my bike So spoke to gruff of busters on friday morning and explained they had made a mistake in the listing (they agreed it was their mistake) so i said what are you going to do to rectify YOUR mistake can you next day me the correct battery and collect the wrong one? No sir you have to arrange a courier to pick it up and when we get it back we will refund you long story cut short yuasa battery delivered today from mds battereies thanks guys 35 quid delivered outstanding BUSTERS THANKS FOR NOTHING I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU AGAIN you have been warned folks their customer service is TERRIBLE p.s. still waiting for my money back off them

Ordered spare bulbs well before Christmas as a gift, got sent the wrong ones. Returned wrong ones to Busters after many emails to and fro. They still have not sent the replacements, despite the fact that they have reimbursed me for the return postage. After many chasing emails they have asked me once again for the original order details and my address. I sent all the documentation with the returned item. They have got a serious in their Customer Services department, they are either thick and do not care. I will never order anything from them again.

Ordered universal mirrors for 03 z1000,what I got would not fit,wrong thread,wouldnt fit Honda or Suzuki bikes either.Emailed them and they told me return them to address on invoice for replacement or refund.I did,twice,firct time came back with Royal Mail sticker saying addresse gone away,second time said not collected.I have phoned and email this shower numerous occassions.They are a bunch of theives,avoid at all costs.

ordered chain and sprockets on the Tuesday with a 48 hour delivery time 1 week later still no parcel. tried contacting them with no reply. stay well clear and save your money.
