Got a phone, arrived quick with no insurance details even-though had requested it.
When I finally got hold of customer service (called all morning and emails twice) I was told I didn't actually request the insurance.
I unfortunately had an accident with my phone, but it was too convenient to say I haven't chosen to carry it out and use the 3 month free insurance offered by the company.
Thought it was dodgy hoped it wasn't to realise it was!
Shame.
