Blackberry purchased. Delivered late due to inadequate efforts by courier. Phone received and was reasonably tried in line with consumer rights and returned within seven days. No refund initially received but when received was wrongly less the delivery charge. The seller then unlawfully withdrew money from my credit card for no reason. Seller then tried to claim the item was returned to me, and made a lost post claim to RM for another phone, which obviously failed. Seller continued to fail to repay owing sums, and was consequentially taken to court, prompting them to pay up. However, seller still disobeyed court judgement and paid insufficiently by not paying the interest due.

I found the phone on their web site and though I had read some adverse comments on-line, I decided to call them and so rang Wednesday afternoon to see if they had the Samsung Galaxy Note in stock and in the colour I wanted. I asked if I placed an order in the next half hour when would I get delivery. Diane said tomorrow and it arrived by courier Friday pm. It is large but great featured phone and excellent customer service form the order.co.uk

I purchased a sim free Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro from www.theorder.co.uk The price seemed good and the site well laid out. Items delivered ok without issue - I was all ready to give them a 5 star review. Then when looking through my bank statement I noticed they'd over charged me. Not by very much - they'd charged delivery costs twice. Not a problem I though - I'll contact them and explain what had happened - expecting them to understand. Instead they made it very clear they had no intention of refunding the overcharge! After 4 or so emails I gave up and reported them to Trading Standards. I guess they believe that because the overcharge is only £6.50 that there is nothing the customer and really do. After all going to court is time consuming and stressful. I don't know if they overcharge every customer or I was just unlucky but they don't appear to be very honest to me. I'm very disappointed and won't be using them ever again!
