wouldnt adivice anyone to go there

Honestly couldn't say a good thing about them, bought a phone with them in February and had problems with them since the day I got the phone they are never willing to help and if it wasn't for the deal I got that I liked I wouldn't have gone with them, they are only out for themselves and there customers do not count. staff are rude in the shops and sarcastic. They never rush anything apart from taking money off the customers. They cannot take reasonability for there actions they pass the book. If I knew how rubbish they were before Id made the purchase then I wouldn't have touched them with a barge pole. I feel let down and its only now that im slowly getting a result but not the one that I actually needed I've had to suffer with a faulty phone for 3 months and they aren't interested in rushing to get my replacement out to me its always an excuse for them not to rush, Never go to phones4u and purchase a Samsung galaxy s4 you'll have trouble and it will become a bad nightmare!!
