Ordered a phone. Website was very clear and easy to navigate. Order was processed and email confirmation received. Next day, received further email saying there was a problem with my order and to give them a call. Gulp! Did so, only to find they just wanted to check order was kosher, which is a reassuring measure. Phone arrived two days later. Sweet!

Only improvement I'd like would be ability to track package after dispatch.
