I bought a laptop on the website and it arrived a week later. The delivery service was good, announcing when they would have come to deliver the laptop.
Unfortunately the computer was faulty, so I had to contact the company customer service. They told me to call the laptop manufacturer directly and ask them for a dead on arrival code which I got after a couple of calls.
After that - and another call to mobile1 - I had to compile a return form online, asking for a refund.
It actually took a while to get the refund, as I had to call mobile1 to solicit for an action, after they had verified that there was a problem.
Overall a not very satisfying experience, but mainly due to the bad luck of getting a faulty laptop.
They have been however available and responsive to my queries, even though sometimes the call lines were pretty busy.
