All in all so far I have been very satisfied with Dialaphone.

*I have always got my redemption cash back as agreed and promptly.
*They are easy to contact and when I have had to contact them their customer services have been friendly and helpful.
*When I broke my phone through accidental damage the process to send off my phone for fixing was simple and I had the phone fixed free of charge (which I didn't expect as it was accidental forced damage). It was a timely process however was completed in the 7 to 14 days stated so I didn't mind.

I hope they remain this good!
