I was looking for some parking sensors to be fitted to a new (used) car that we had just bought. I quickly became fed up of the companies that were aggressively marketing trying to get the business, only to then find on their website 'Fitting only within London or at our depot blah blah'. AVR Mobiles made it clear from the outset that their engineer would fit them at my place of work or home. Great, so I placed an order.

On the day before the installation appointment, the car was hit by another driver (their fault). Three weeks off the road meant we had to ask Gavin at AVR to postpone the appointment. As soon as we got the car back he arranged it again. The engineer was here for about an hour, sat on the frozen driveway for most of that time and didn't even want a tea or coffee. He did a great job. We literally couldn't have asked more of AVR!
