Absolutely shocking. Signed up for what I was told was 1 month. They then continued to take payments after I cancelled. They're now saying I have to cancel online as they don't accept cancellations over the phone. Typical. Add to that they will not cancel my account as they say I owe them 70 quid.

If you ever get a call from these people avoid them like the plague. the person I dealt with is my acct manager and he is the most smug and unhelpful human being I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

A disgusting company with shocking business practice.
