“Worst Company Ever!!!!!”

I never even requested a loan from this company and they tuck money out of my bank without me even knowing. Ive been trying for days on end to get a refund back and the company keep saying it will take 1-5 days when its a total lie. Every time i have rang them they just say a load of rubbish. Apparently the are refunding the money but taking £5 off it. They haven't even sent the money back!!!! Never ever use this company. There the worst place ever to even visit!!!

this company first took money without me being aware then when i requested a refund they have been telling me for the past 15 days that it is on its way back to my account.... they are a shocking company to deal with and will not even contact me with a complaint department details. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY

Terrible! After 2 20min hold calls finally got through. I argued that they must be using another website to which I was assured otherwise only to find that they do use others. Made a fool of me didn't they. Waiting on refund now. 1 stat coz I have too.

“wrongly taken money”

Moneygaga have wrongly taken money out of my account. I managed to dispute it with my bank and get it refunded. A few weeks later I receive a letter saying my bank had received proof of me agreeing to make the transaction. My bank can't do anything to stop it And I did not apply to them. I can't contact them and their going to be taking £34.16 out of what little I have anyway just before Valentine's day. Great. I just wanted to know if anyone has a contact number or something, I've tried everything and still ain't getting nowhere. Please anything may help. Ty. J.b

This has happened to me too. They took £39,99 from my bank. I had not agreed to this but no one responds to me emails and when ringing the number have to hold for at least five minutes and then the call is cut off. I found a company on their website which appears to be a parent company, called Secure My Money, I have written to these people as there was no phone number, but have received no reply. It appears this 'company' is just a bad organisation and it seems very unlikely we will get our money back. I hope you have more luck than I have. This company is immoral as far as I am concerned. They deserve to be named and shamed.

I have now received an email from these awful people saying my money has been credited to my account but will take between 1 and 5 days to show in my account. This was supposed to be done on 28th Feb. I'll let you know if this actually happens, not holding my breath though. You could try as I did threatening them with the Financial Ombudsman, Trading Standards and the National Press. Don't know if this did any good, but good luck anyway.

I have had exactly the same experience with these dreadful people. I have sent countless emails, telephoned again countless times, and eventually threatened them with the Financial Ombudsman and the national press. I have now been told I will receive a refund tomorrow, 28.02.14. I am not holding my breath. If I don't receive this, I will not give up. This has been ongoing for seven weeks now. They are, as far as I am concerned, a complete and utter scheme. Good luck with getting your money back, don't give up. If enough people keep on at them I'm sure they will have to go out of business eventually. I have written to Secure My Money Ltd, who appear to be a holding company of some sort of these people, but have had no response. Maybe it may be worth your trying.

Hi, my bank also couldn't stop the payment as they say it was in the terms and conditions. However your bank help by opening a fraud issue if you didn't tick terms and conditions .

Dispute the transaction with your bank.

After reading the reviews & also being a victim myself, I won't even bother with emails, I can locate them very easily & will be paying them a visit. I won't accept anything but a cash refund on the spot.

Moneygaga is the1loan if you email them u should get a reply as they took money out of my account but after weeks of tracing them down I get a reply of these people who trade as gaga however I would not recomend at all ever using these.only 1 star as had to mark wouldnt let me unrate

I was searching payday loans on line and kept getting sent here there and everywhere, it's all so confusing! Then I get £39.99 taken out of my account at the end of November. I wrote an email no response, cancelled my card. And forgot about it until they have no taken another £39.99 from my account. How can I get my money back? That's nearly £80 that I just can't afford to loose. It's completely unfair. Google the website and it's a standard message that they are not taking any new applications!!

Hi, this happened to me at the beginning of the month and today I have had it refunded into my account. I rang them up and they sent me a cancelation form via email, I filled this in and sent it back and they responded telling me I would recieve my full refund eithin 30 days, which today I have. I hope you get it sorted x

At a low point, was searching for a loan online, only to be charged £39.99 without any warning by this company. I was only aware because my bank phoned me, so straight away I contacted them to ask for a refund,( contact number only available from my bank) and they seemed only to happy to oblige, I was told it could take 30 days, so I waited for 30 working days, after this time I emailed asking where my refund was they said that I would be refunded on jam 17th bit then it could take another 5 days to clear, so waited again, then emailed and emailed no reply......this company are liars that prey on the vulnerable, today have contacted the financial service ombudsmen, I will not let this lie!!!

i also had money taken out of my bank account by this company ,they have NEVER had my permission to do so,but when i phone them the number is unobtainable,i have written 2 letters to them for a full refund but they have not replied to either of my letters or paid back my refund,i have reported them to the fraud department of the police force,so hopefully they will get my money back for me.

same as all the rest have taken the cash I requested cancellation in writing via post and e-mail I did manage to get a refund sheet which I submitted on 19/11/2013 we are now at 24/01/2013 and still no refund currently on hold to I don't know who as the initial person who answered did not say where they were transferring me to started in a line of 13 now i am number 4 however this has taken some 22 minutes so far. I have kept to their terms and conditions but they have not as the money has not been returned in 30 days as stated. If I do get any joy I will let you know but I am not holding my breath they prey on the poor this is sooo sad.

also a victim of the 39.99 fee from this company, i did not sign up for them, i have sent endless emails with no reply!i have managed to track down two contact numbers. also, you will be kept on hold for a good hour or so, ive managed to get through once and as i was giving my details the man cut me off i will keep trying and keep you updated xx

You have taken £39.99 out of my account without my permission and 5 weeks on I am still trying to get a refund. This firm is praying on people and takes time to answer emails etc. I shall be going to the FCA regarding this. Absolutely disgusted with this company. If I owed them money I am sure they would be ringing me daily trying to get it back. Not happy. ***PLEASE BE WARNED, THESE ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS***

If have tried contacting them to no avail. I contacted the financial ombudsman yesterday who are now dealing with them.
It may take up to 8 weeks but it's money I need and they had no authority to take it.
You should do the same.

This is one of the many sites that rely on people not reading the terms and conditions. They got my bank details through a 3rd party and took money out of my already overdrawn account. They purposely dont have a contact number on their site. My bank gave me their direct phone number and its constantly engaged. Payday loan companys are omw thing but at least they are honest about their Fees. These loan brokers are completly corrupt low lifes. I dread to think how much money the bosses of these sites make out of desperate people. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE

I have never gave moneygaga permission to take money from my bank now I have had a direct debit returned which has cost me twenty pounds this is the second company in a week to do this I have cancelled my card on the advice of someone who workes in my bank she said it won't be the last company to try to take money anybody reading this should do the same these company's should not be allowed to rob people like this

I have been tricked by these company's as well, 1loan took £44.99 and when I emailed money gaga replied. Moneygaga emailed asking for my bank and card details, like I'm ever going to give these.
My bank has opened a dispute with them and have stopped any future payments to these to companies.
I have read the reviews and I'm the only one they took 44.99 from so maybe they have up their game.
I will take the to the financial ombudsman. I will update as well
