I received a letter saying that I defaulted on a loan that I did not take out. I made 4 phone calls and sent two emails trying to get to the bottom of this. 24 hours and I have still not received anything from them. This is an urgent situation that needs sorting as my personal details have been used to obtain a loan and this could have a knock on effect with my credit score. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
