They are bunch of irresponsible people - they do not explain you anything what is mentioned in your Deed and confuse you to the peak extent where you get frustrated even after paying them multiple times. They do not reply to your queries properly. I had to use another service.

Paid for their deedpoll service, after a week it hadn't arrived. I contacted their office number to ask when it would arrive, and the lady told me she would call me back in 10 minutes, an automated serviced then promptly informed me that my number had been blocked! I was blocked from calling their office number again, when contacted them by email to demand answers they hurled abuse at me and said I must pay a £35 admin fee to get a refund.

I ordered a name change deed poll. I selected to have a date I could write in myself but I received one with the date I paid for it printed on the deed. This was pretty useless to me as I intend to start using it in over a month from that date and it would raise questions why I did not change my name with the bank and such as soon as I changed my name. It also came stapled together and folded in half which made the printed ink rub onto the pages and make it look messy and the staple made the opposite corner crumple up. I also didn't like it coming addressed to the new name as I need to show ID to pick up my mail but I obviously didn't have ID under that name yet. So I sent them a complaint because I didn't get exactly what I asked for and it looked like a mess. I got it sent again and this time it's tidy but the old date is still on it. They used the new name again so I had to spend about 10 minutes trying to prove it was for me. So I just sent them an email thanking them for trying but that I will simply order a new one from a different company. I would've left a nice review if that was it as they took the effort to reprint it and send it again, but a couple of minutes later I get an email from them only for it to be them insulting me. So no, I would not recommend them. I went cheap and I would've gotten a better result if I wrote it and printed it myself and I wouldn't have been insulted for it either.
