The sample service is an excellent idea and so useful. It enables you to get used to the ring and find out if it is comfortable for a length of time.
I left my order till the last minute but weddings-direct didn't let me down and we received our rings in plenty of time and the rings are stunning.
The only negative I have is the box the rings were presented in. A quality box but resembling something you would collect Granny's ashes in!
Otherwise excellent service with helpful customer service.
