There are plenty of poor reviews about this company. However, I purchased a pricey watch from them and it was delivered after a short delay. What sets a company's standard I think is the quality of their customer service department. After about 15 months my quality watch for some reason started to keep poor time and battery changes would not help. Watchtag claim a 2 year guarantee and seeing as I had a practically useless faulty watch I reasoned I had nothing to lose - a watch that didn't keep time was neither use or ornament so I asked if I could send it back. I was told this was fine and spent a fair amount sending it back via a tracked service. I started chasing after it had disappeared for about 6-8 weeks. Each email I sent was responded to after about 48 hrs. They kept assuring me that it hadn't been lost (given the poor reviews I had my doubts), however today after 12 weeks the Fedex lorry returned with a package containing a watch that had been to New York and back (I think a lot of the watches are imported from the States) - it is apparently repaired - of course no time yet to see, but I am amazed to get it back. I think all watchtag is a better customer service - if they had told me at the outset that a repair could take 12 weeks I would not have been concerned. The company appears to function and do as it says to my way of thinking - it just doesn't operate at the speeds we have got used to seeing from other companies. Hence my title - recommended with reservations

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY....this company (if that is what you can call it) is a joke. Liars. Rip off merchant's etc. you will be VERY disappointed. The website is fake. Just pay a bit more a go elsewhere. PLEASE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR!

Ordered watch on 5/6/16 and still have not received any delivery information yet, 12 days later, although it was stated it would be delivered in 5-7 working days. Have sent multiple e-mails and all they could say was "There has been a hold up in processing your order." and on the 15th I got "you will receive shipping information today and your watch will arrive on the 17th" and yet again... Nothing. This was supposed to be a birthday present but now I can only assume it will be late and I will have to repurchase elsewhere and still won't have it in time.

Returned watch for repair on the 26th Feb 2016 and it has taken over 16 weeks to get it back. I have contacted your customer services dept by phone, either can't get through or it asks you to leave a message and you will get back to me which has never happened. I have sent numerous emails and have only had 3 or 4 replies even though you say you have expert after care advice well I haven't had it! I did eventually managed to get through by phone on the 6th June as I had an email from FedEx to say my watch was on its way, but the address they had was my old one which I had told them before of my new address so it was delivered on the 9th June to my old address even though I had been assured on the phone on the 6th that it would come to my new one. FedEx have not manage to deliver my watch yet but have assured me it will be today. If any customers know of a way I can get through to this company I would be very grateful as I am now at the end of my tether as there are no other options available. I have never before dealt with a company who doesn't have a phone that actually answers or emails that aren't answered what are these people doing all day??

I have been waiting for delivery since the 10th May on a 7 - 10 day delivery. Copious amounts of phone calls emails none have been returned. Money back guarantee, you need delivery first and also to be able to get through on the phone to request money back. Advised watch being sourced else where as their stock had gone, but amazingly still be advertised as a 7 - 10 day delivery. HOW!!!! I'm up to 33 days and still waiting DODGY!!!!

do not buy from this company. I bought my watch and the money was taken out and all i received was an order confirmation and after a few days there were no shipping details sent to me. I tried to contact watch tags and many ways possible over a period of 2 weeks and nobody replied. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Pretty much the same story as many other reviewers. I ordered the watch before New Year, the money was taken straight away £670. stated watch would be delivered within 2- 5 days. No contact received so chased three times, was advised would be called back and no call back received. Finally watch was out of stock so another source had to be located. Advised three different delivery dates, none of which materialised and no guarantee on when watch would be delivered. Cancelled order and still waiting for refund!

company is just a shambles. customer service reps have no idea what they are talking about, promising delivery dates they have no idea about, telling me the watch was dispatched when it clearly hadnt even left the warehouse. they took my money within 10 minutes of order even though they had sold out of the watch I wanted. promised me numerous call backs after chasing my order... none of which actually happened! I will NEVER order from them again!! worst watch company trading!!

Ordered a Rado watch for my husbands birthday. A week after ordering I chased as heard nothing. Was informed it would be with me 2 days later. Checked later in the week and was promised it would be with me on the day they specified even though FedEx website still showed the delivery as label created. Delivery day came and went and nothing delivered. Rang Watchtag and was told FedEx can't locate, they then said it was marked as shipped by mistake and that the watch is out of stock. Funny that the watch is now in stock on their website at a much higher price. Would not recommend this company - basically sat on my money and did nothing for it. Avoid at all costs

All very polite and cordial when I called to make sure the watch was in stock as I required it by a certain date. I ordered and was promised it would be with me on that date and unfortunately it was not, despite subsequently being told several times it would be. After having my emails ignored I called again to find out what was happening and was promised a call back that never came. Really poor experience. If you are not going to keep your word at least have the decency to be up front about it. The quality of the watch is not in question. A bit dusty on arrival but in good working order after being shipped from the USA.

Wanted a specific Rado Watch for anniversary present, found best price on Watchtag Read multiple reviews, they responded to my questions promptly Ordered and delivered within a week, and was just as described. I am delighted with it, highly recommended

I bought a watch relatively hassle free although they did not update me about the delivery schedule, I had to ring them. It came a week after ordering, but it did not contain the manufacturers guarentee. Despit emailing three times I have not received a reply to my question concerning the guarentee, this makes me wonder if the watch is genuine.

I was very worried about ordering from a website that I had not heard of before, but as the prices were so cheap I had to(Marc Jacobs watch mcm3312)!! I ordered my watch on the 10th Feb 2015 and was very impatient so I called up to see what was happening as the order status was still 'processing' after 7 days. I called throughout the whole day and no one answered. I finally got through the next morning to be told it will be with me within the next 2 days and it was! I received it on the 19th Feb! I was worried that it might have been a fake hence the lower price but went to a jewelers and they confirmed that it was genuine!! Happy with the service, and did not mind the long wait as it was from the US but it would have been nice to know what was going on (tracking each step). Overall 5*. Slow delivery but amazing prices!

After pricing TAG watches in the high street for several days, it took me just a few moments to realise that the prices on Watchtag are probably the best you're going to find for TAG watches without buying from abroad off Ebay. It took me just a further few moments to place my order. Job done.
