I am still waiting for Watch Shop to respond to my queries/complaints (after a week). The main problem is that there is no phone number so you cannot speak to a human. I have an email address, but despite sending about 5 emails they will not respond. In my initial order they sent an incorrect item, which I had to return at my own expense - they are now ignoring my request for refund of postage (as detailed in their terms). I would never use them again, for the simple reason you cannot get any response when a query arises.
