After purchasing the watch, it broke around 3 days later. However, the process of return was so easy and smooth that i had nothing to worry about. I sent back the watch with the free label and got an notification for each step of the process. Lovely staff informed me i could either get a full refund or a replacement watch. i picked the replacement watch and they delivered it the next day! Very impressed. would definitively recommend to my friends and family.
