Reading other reviews I can't believe this is the same company. Very poor service overall. Don't get me wrong, very polite and reasonably prompt in getting back to me. However, when I needed to make a simple return, their inability to bend their policy of 30 days return was met with nothing but technicalities and empty platitudes. It's worth mentioning I was a few hours late of initiating the return, but they were completely unable and unwilling to help.
To me, this is the essence of customer service, helping beyond what they are contractually obligated to do. I was also discouraged to leave any negative feedback, which is concerning in itself. Item was also significantly delayed in reaching me.
Appraised value was also incorrect (I purchased the item on a seasonal discount).
Otherwise, good selection but look elsewhere, you can do much better than Vashi.
