“Terrible Customer Service - Didn't Even Deliver”

Ordered a clock off them which went wrong after a couple of months. After a lengthy conversation, they eventually agreed to refund. They then agreed to send a replacement. This time however, they messed up the delivery address (doesn't even exist). It is now stuck with the delivery company, who have said that the shop needs to ask for it back. The shop has refused to accept responsibility and claim it was our fault (even though it was the same address as last time which did exist). You're lucky to even get a response after 24 hours - they will ignore your emails if any of them involve the word 'refund'. Avoid them like the plague.

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!”

I ordered clock in november, didn't get delivered they said it did for 2 months asked for proof of delivery when they finally produced it it wasn't my signature, i'v been emailing trying to get refund my emails are now being ignored. Distgusting way to treat a customer. I have no clock and they still have my money. Avoid this company at all costs...

I had the same problem. Eventually getting refunded by Amazon. Countless emails fell on deaf ears.

“Definitely a Company to avoid”

Purchased a new wall clock in February 2018, the chimes failed in October. Contacted Timeshop4you who sent a label to return the clock using Hermes. At end November 1 month after they received the clock they asked me to pay £66 to cover cost of damage to casing to clock. I refused and told them to repair the mechanism and I would get the casing refurbished. Then told charge of £66 was not obligatory and they would have the case refurbished. Another month has now passed with no sign of the clock and no communication for a couple of weeks. A bunch of rogues keep well away and buy from a British Company or Amazon where you will be treated correctl

“ Order never received”

I purchased a watch for my daughter's birthday at the beginning of November, carefully checked the expected delivery date as it was for a celebratory special birthday, it was due to arrive 4 days before on the 11th November.I raised concerns when it had not arrived on the 13th, was sent a courier number which I was informed by their courier was incorrect. Despite numerous emails to customer care,two weeks later still no watch and the only response I get is they will not refund my money until their Courier responds to them. I have highlighted my contract was with them, but effectively they have stolen my money and more importantly spoils what should have been a lovely gift for my daughter. Do not buy from this company, they have no scruples and don't give a hoot for their customers- one very sad and disillusioned customer, this has put me off trusting to buy on line.

I think I am in a similar position, I purschased a wall clock in May 2018 for over £200 and the chimes stopped working over a month ago. They provided a returns label and in response to my request for information said the clock had been returned to the manufacturer. I have sent 2 follow up emails in the last few days but no response. Will try to get a refund from my Credid Card Company or alternatively use the legal protection that I pay for.

I am having to pursue a refund via my payment provider to, so frustrating and annoying, this company do not seem to have any idea of time scales for action and patience wears thin when you feel you are just being taken advantage of

After a very short time they emailed me to confirm order . And they informed me with regular updates and dhl delievered my item in perfect condition . I have my eye on another sturmanskie watch and it will be a pleasure to buy from this great company again thanks

“Excellent Service”

Purchased a Junker watch April 2017. Watch was stolen in transit and package resealed and delivered to me by Parcelforce. Having opened package half an hour after postman left - it was my word against DHL that the watch never arrived. After a lengthy investigation Timeshop4u accepted my story and replaced the watch although I had no proof. Excellent service particularly from Kathrin Heukamp of Ibizz (Timeshop4u).

You must have been lucky my experience with this lot has been dreadful they even asked me to pay £66 to repair the £216 wall clock that I purchased which was still under warranty. Returned clock 2 months ago still waiting for it to be returned

“Disgusting Service”

I recently purchased a Vostok watch, paid for it but the link for delivery dates wouldn't work. I emailed the customer service dept to ask this but received a vague reply saying they couldn't find out delivery until it was despatched. This reply came back several times until another member of staff found out that it wouldn't be despatched until June. They said I could choose another watch or receive my money back. I cancelled the order and asks for a refund. I was emailed saying this would happen but several days later, several emails and a phone call when the phone was put down on me as soon as I said my name. This is a disgraceful way to treat a customer. We are talking about a lot of money that's been spent that I cannot afford to lose. My emails are being ignored and I am at my wits end. I feel my experience should be passed onto future customers as my experience has been dreadful

Thank you for your review, my husband nearly bought from them it was only during the payment process that he noticed something about Osnabruck. That set alarm bells ringing because Osnabruck is in Germany. I googled them and found yours and a few other reviews.
Despite their UK web address they are actually based in Germany and true to form, honesty and integrity does not feature in their business rule book. They know that the UK is associated with good customer service so they use a UK web address. Shameful.
