“I would not recommend”

My partner and I bought rings from this company, which within 2 weeks were showing signs of deep scratching and some roughness to both of them. We sent them back, and they admitted that they had not seen this sort of wear before and found it strange, but refused to accept this was due to a manufacturing default, and thus would not exchange/refund the rings.

Not only that, my partner's ring was sent half a size too small. We only found out by taking it to a local jeweller who confrimed that it was a size smaller than we ordered. We had no time to return it so we had the local jeweller stretch it for us.

The responses to our emails were one sentence answers. And don't get me started on her spelling and grammar - it is absolutely atrocious.

Awful, Awful, Awful company! I am really shocked that there have been so many good reviews.

I am now stuck with crappy, scratched, rough, dented rings. We'll have to go buy new ones because these are awful. We both work in office jobs so it's not as if our hands are subjected to manual labour of any sort.

The rings were returned out of the money back guarantee period damaged by the customer with deep scratches that could not possibly have been the result of any fault with the rings - that's why the wear was unusual. We polished the rings back up at no charge for the sake of customer service but it seems the customer is still not happy.

They were not damaged by us!!!! As we said, we both work in admin jobs, so hardly labour intesive jobs. The only way I can think the scratches occured is through holding on to handrails when travelling on public transport (which we do everyday), and opening doors. But this is something the rings should be standing up against (normal everyday activities). My partner has a silver ring that cost not much from a market, and that has standed the test of time better than these rings have in 2 weeks. And that's our point! We would not recommend this company!!

The reaon for the bad review also is because as I said, the appauling communication. For instance when we first raised this issue, email response was simply, retrurn them to us. No details of whom to address them to, or where to address them too. What would happen when we return them. Appaling
