Order 2 of these scarves that were promoted as supporting the RBL for remembrance day. Very disappointing. Look nothing like the picture. I thought poppies were red not Pink? Colours wishy washy. Poor communication about despatch of produce although extremely quick to take the money. Don't think I would use them in future. Would be interesting o know the actual amount of money they do donate to the RBL!!

“Badly made products”

Bought a keyring and charms for my mum for her 60th birthday gift. 3 months later the glass popped out and all the charms were lost. Emailed seasons wholesale and they replied that the glass is delicate and that they do not replace it. This product is obviously poor quality and dissapointed with the customer experience.

“worse than terrible”

The products are the absolute lowest quality possible. The customer service is completely nonexistent and the delivery times are nothing short of a joke. Honestly if you want cheap rubbish jewellery there are other places you can get it. Don't waste your time or money on this.

“Do not order from this company ”

I ordered bracelets and charms as gifts. My delivery arrived with the bracelets and no charms, despite being charged and invoiced. I e mailed them straight away and said they would send them the following day. They have never arrived leaving me with two useless bracelets. They are now completely ignoring my e mails requesting a refund. I have Sen the 6 e mails and none have been answered. They have charged me for goods I have not received and are now ignoring my correspondence DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

“Broke within a week”

I ordered two key rings with charms. Cost me around £30 for the two. Within a week the glass had smashed in both of them. I will be fair in that I left it until 3 months later to contact them as I couldn't find the Facebook page where I bought it from. However, they also should last longer than 3 months. They refused to replace it, deleted my comment from their Facebook page and recommended I glue it back together (the glass in in pieces). They also apparently state in the listing they cannot replace glass. Beware they break really easily and the glass is not strengthened.

“OK BUT NOT GREAT”

I ordered a memory locket necklace with six floating charms and got first class delivery and another charm for free. When I received the necklace in the post, the locket was damaged and you can easily tell that it will not last long I.E terrible quality. The necklace was lovely however the clip was too big to fit through the holes to actually do up!! The floating charms are ridiculously tiny and never stay in one position, they always move around. Overalls poor quality and would not recommend, don't waste your money!

“Disgraceful!”

Ordered a bracelet on the 29/4/2015 the money was taken from my bank the next morning. I still haven't received the item or had a reply to my 6 emails. No answers to my countless telephone calls, and I am now going to complain to the trading standards office. I want my money back and I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. They are totally unprofessional.

I ordered a seasons wholesale memory locket in silver with crystals around it with a backplane and seven charms also a stainless steel heart bracelet with a backplane and seven charms both heart shaped. I was really impressed when they arrived about 3 weeks later the quality is superb they look really expensive and the charms fit in lovely. What a different personal inexpensive gift for birthdays or Christmas am going to order some dangle charms now to put around my bracelet. I am so pleased with this unusual jewellery and the quality would definitely recommend it. THANK YOU SEASONS

We ordered a necklace from seasons online and we accidently clicked the order button twice, so our order was processed twice. We are so impressed how the situation was dealt with. We were told the second order would be canceled and the money would be returned to our account. It was so quickly resolved and ofcourse the money was returned. We recieved our beautiful items about 2-3 days after ordering. And we cant believe how quickly we recieved our items. I would highly recommend using seasons online they are helping, beautiful items and such quick delivery!! I dont even know why there are bad reviews about them we had a lovely experience dealing with them.

“Once the 30 days is up I will be reporting them”

Shocking conduct for a business. I placed an order 31st March through their website, first class delivery. I waited a few days but when nothing arrived I went to the website to find contact details to check everything was ok. It was only then I became aware of the horrendous backlog in order dispatch they have been experiencing, apparently since before Christmas 2014!! Their costomer information message has not been updated since January, they have disconnected their customer services line (no doubt because they were getting so many complaints!). The only contact method is now via email/online form which I have now sent two messages to with no response (I have patiently waited the stipulated 72 hours and more for them to reply). I tried contacting them via their Facebook page but they are deleting and blocking anyone who makes mention of any negative points (including the delivery delay) so their page gives a false impression that the company is trading well. They have taken my money and left me with no method by which I can speak to them direct to find out a) what's going on or b) cancel the order. I shall be giving them "up to 30 days" as they like to highlight by way of excususing the supply issues, after which I shall be informing trading standards and asking my bank to reclaim the money. Avoid at all costs! If you want the memory pockets peope are apparently so mad for, buy elsewhere!

“Shocking!!! ”

I ordered a locket in the 19/3 and they took the money straight away. A week later i I still hadn't received an email saying it had been dispatched. It was a birthday present so I decided to cancel which a staff member said they would pass my details on and I would receive it within 2-3 days. 2 weeks later I still had no refund so emailed the priority department myself. 3 times! With no reply. Then to my disgust I received an email on 8/4 stating it had been processed and dispatched when I had asked to cancel it 2 weeks earlier, and received it 9/4. There is no communication with this company, the staff make promises they can't keep, a complete and utter joke!! I'm selling it on as they want me to send it back for the refund, yet expect me to pay the £2.03 for it to go recorded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! You'll get disgusting customer service.

I ordered a mothers day gift on the 3/3/15 the money was taken from my account straight away and I have not received anything. I have tried contacting several times by telephone, email and Facebook, still no reply. I will not be ordering again, I am very disappointed as this was over a month ago.

My memory lockets arrived today and I love them. I order 3 on the 2/3/15 and did get a little concerned when hadn't heard anything a week later. I revisited the website and noticed the company had put information on there apologising for delays and explaining they had a backlog. I became even more concerned when I read some reviews on here. However I decided to keep my fingers crossed and wait. And I am so glad I did. The lockets are great and exactly what I wanted.

“Lovely looking product... but never received it!”

I bought a lovely living charm necklace, and 4 charms to go inside it for my sister's 21st birthday. I thought it would be a lovely way to start a collection and she could update the charms as she wanted. Ordered 4th March 2015 and STILL NOT RECEIVED(23/3/15), despite having Royal Mail First Class and 1 week dispatch. Her Birthday is next week. I have contacted the company 3 times and never received a substantial reply. It's a shame because I thought their products looked good. I am now going to have to try to get a refund and buy something else for my sister. Do yourself a favour, and buy from elsewhere. Not worth the hassle.

Terrible site it must be some sort of conn!!!!I ordered a locket for my 10 year old daughter with all things that remind me of how lovely she is and that's what annoys me most!!!!. It's been weeks an still no locket or response to emails. It pained me to leave one star

“Waiting for order so disappointed ”

I placed my order 01/01/2015 thinking this will be lots of time to get this was a birthday present which was on 30/01/2015, phoned them only to get an automated massage saying due to Christmas they have a back log & are trying to get orders out ASAP have emailed them 3 times no reply phone still has automated massage, I had to order from another company which I placed on Monday received it Tuesday, I'm out of pocket as I've paid for this order then had to buy from another company which was 3 times more expensive I've learned it's better to pay that little bit more.
