I ordered a ring based on an 8-10 day turnaround time, as mentioned in an email from the sales rep I was dealing with. After placing my order, I got an email stating that it would be 14-21 days. I contacted the rep, only to be told that the wait times change daily. Later, I got an email from the company stating that my ring was entering the polishing stage, which would take 8-10 days, and then at the bottom of the email it stayed that the company was going to be closed for a week. When I contacted the rep about the time issue, he told me that I should just wait and that I wouldn't be disappointed, and that the turnaround for my ring should have been 4 weeks. Now I'm stuck waiting for a ring I no longer want, but yet I can't get a refund because they charge ridiculously high restocking fee, for an item not completed, so I'm going to try a charge back through my cc. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I got sucked in trying to keep my business in Canada.
