Have written twice to customer service regarding a customisation on a particular item. I was not given a satisfactory response the first time and the second received none at all. Extremely disappointing customer service which has resulted in me going to another company to design a piece who have been much more helpful and accommodating.

Another jeweller (NOT joulberry) let me down so I had to find a 10th wedding anniversary gift in a hurry and found stacking rings from Joulberry.com. This was Sunday night, and the personalised rings take 10 working days to arrive and I needed them by Thursday as we are away for the weekend to celebrate. I Ordered anyway and made 3 requests on email - Could I have them Thursday? Could I have a heart instead of one character of text and could they do a half size (L 1/2)? (Name removed) came back to me first thing Monday morning and agreed to all three - I had hoped they might go for just one! (Though I really had begged!) It's now Thursday, I have them, about to be wrapped and looking great. Obviously, I wouldn't expect them to always be able to cater for the timescale I needed, but they saved my weekend! I cannot believe just how fab the service has been from Joulberry..com and (name removed) and can highly recommend them. Above and beyond for sure.
