HP301XL compatible cartridges

Bought own brand cheaper HP301XL black and colour cartridge set. The colour cartridge would not print any yelow ink. Customer services advised to soak the ink dispense in warm water for a short while to clear the jet. Tried this several times to no avail. Customer services advised to return the cartridges (at my own expense) for replacement. This was done and the replacements were worse than the previous, the colour would deliver no ink at all and the black kept giving up after every couple of sheets and needed the warm water treatment to get it going again. Gave up out of total frustration and annoyance, went to Tesco and bought HP original - no problems at all with these. Morale of the story - avoid replacement cartridges (complete waste of money) and stick to originals which better value in the long run. Needless to say I wont be using internet ink cartridges again.
