First I was told the product I had ordered and paid for was out of stock and then the toners failed to arrive (I'm still waiting). 11 days ago I was told they would be delivered by first class recorded delivery. A few days later I called and they told me it was 2nd class delivery and to wait a bit. Today: I called and they asked me to wait a few more days. Shocking. "Emergency cartridges on time!" - not even close.
