Worldstores is not a good online retailer! I bought a dining table earlier this year. It arrived damaged and looked as if it were thrown in the back of a lorry. I called WS who said they would collect and re deliver me a table that was undamaged. The second table arrived with even MORE damage. I called them again and they apologised and offered me my money back or £30 off! I wanted neither as I set my heart on this table. They collected and re delivered another table that was broken underneath. I couldn't believe that they could not send me a table that I paid for undamaged!!! I don't recommend this company as you may be VERY disappointed and inconvenienced by re deliveries and time off work!!!

Absolutely shocking but this is simply the way this company operates virtually every customer is having exactly the same experience, massive company, & they don't even care, probably aiming to rip people off while they can then do a runner.
