I ordered 'Aqualisa white body elbow and seal pair complete' I got one correct elbow and one incorrect elbow. When I phoned I was told that I would have to place another order, then send back the incorrect part and once that was received I would get a refund. I asked if I could just send the incorrect part back and be sent a replacement rather than order a second pair and was told that was not possible. Any right minded organisation would simply replace the wrong part.

Hi,
Unfortunately without your name or order number I can't find out exactly the circustances here but I agree it does sound odd. Normal practice would be to get the manufacturer to send you a replacement item. We would only ask customers to place a new order if they want to swap what they have ordered for something else (ie if they order the wrong size, or change their mind about the item they have originally orderded)
