“Toolstation - worst company I have ever dealt with”

This company must have the worst customer service I have ever come across. Placed an order, and it didn't arrive, looked at the tracker and it stated returned to depot error with address, looked on to my account and everything was correct, so I rang customer services up and was given the telephone number for parcel-force and told to sort it myself, to which I replied no - my contract is with you not the couriers can you please find out and come back to me, and we do need this delivery urgently. They informed me they would post a comment to parcel-force and see if they could find anything. Never heard anything so rang back again to be told the same thing, informed them that if I didn't received the item by teatime I wanted a full refund. Then to top it off I received an email with an order and an Invoice under my name and company name but a totally different address for goods that I hadn't ordered. Rang again to be told after been on hold for over 20minutes that it was an error and someone had put the order against my name but not charged me - I have an online account. In the end I have told them to close my account down - I have only had it open for 48 hours. - Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
