This company sell sheds that are poor quality and they have absolutley zero customer service skills!.. Apparently they get all bad feedback removed so check out the facebook page pertaining to all their complaints before you make a purchase!

“DRIVER DRIVE THE SUMMERHOUSE INTO MY HEDGE!!!”

I ordered a 16 x 10 summerhouse and it was delivered damaged as the driver drove into my hedge when delivering. I was told to contact customer support and they will help. I emailed them and have had no reply for weeks, so I then called them. The rude customer service agent told me that they would offer me £25 refund for the damages, which is no where near the cost of me getting these repaired. They then said we will send an expert out to fix the summerhouse, however we are only able to fix 2 of the 5 things which were damaged. I was then told on the phone if I don’t like the outcome then contact the ombudsman. AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM!! NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND YOUR SHED OR SUMMERHOUSE WILL BE DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY, AND WONT BE REPAIRED!

“Customer Service is not what I call service”

Last year I ordered a garden shed. Arrived ok but instructions unclear and wrong. No pre-drilled holes as indicated, sections ill-fitting, minor damage on delivery. Supplied hardware not the best quality. Only one rusty key supplied with the door lock. These are not huge problems and being a good DIY person I managed to put the shed together and am happy with the result ... though this is largely down to my own efforts to deal with it. This year I made the mistake of ordering another item from Tiger Sheds ... a small log store. Theoretically I should have receive 5% discount as a repeat customer ... didn’t happen despite complaining. Still hasn’t happened 4 weeks later. Theoretically it should have been delivered within 1-2 working days. It didn’t arrive within a week so I queried it ... no answer other than telling me it would be reordered and despatched and delivered within a week ... no it wasn’t, and no explanation as to why the original order hadn’t even arrived with DHL. The log store eventually eventually arrived 2 weeks later than expected … but without the correct fixings pack, therefore I was unable to assemble it. I queried it with Customer Services who said they’d send another fixings pack which should arrive within the next couple of days ... it didn’t. I queried it again 4 days later with Customer Services who only said I should wait longer ... at least 7 working days. So I waited ... and waited. Queried it again ... and was told they’d resend it. How long ? another week they said ! I suggested a fast courier ... not possible. I suggested I buy the required fixings at a hardware store and that they reimburse me £10 to cover the cost of the fixings plus a small amount for travel expenses. I didn’t think £10 was unreasonable given that I was putting myself to some trouble to solve their problem. No deal ... if I sent them the receipt for the fixings they’d pay that, not more. I also queried how long it would take to be reimbursed but was told that refunds were usually processed within 28 days … which didn’t fill me with confidence that I’d ever actually see the money. It’s now a month after I ordered and paid in full for the item. And I still only have pieces of wood with no fixings and no prospect of getting them for at least another week. I don’t know if this is a common problem with Tiger Sheds but I’ve rarely come across a company so disinclined to help a customer and realistically fix a problem quickly when things go wrong. Let prospective customers beware. I accept that occasionally things go wrong with orders. But when they do I think its reasonable to expect a company to make every effort to sort it out ... in my experience Tiger Sheds don't even try. Frankly I’m shocked at such a complete lack of meaningful help with such a simple thing.

“Roof Problems”

ROOF PROBLEMS, roof t&g slats swelling due to moisture and creating a wave effect in the roof, roof should be made from Stirling board which is a more stable material. Contacted tiger sheds and now they won’t speak to me, “the 10 year guarantee isn’t worth the paper it’s written on” I’ve been in construction for over 33 years, I’ve fitted dozens of sheds, never had this problem before, customer wanted this shed because of the 10 year guarantee. I have a very unhappy customer and I’m NOT using tiger sheds again. IF YOU HAVE A TIGER SHED, CHECK YOUR ROOFS FOR SWELLING. This shed has only been up for a few months! “Warped boards letting in rain”

Don't expect your shed to last 6 months. They have no interest once they have your money: "Thank you for your email. I am sorry to see that you have experienced warping in some of your panels. This will most likely have happened, due to the adverse weather conditions we have been experiencing over last 6 months. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide replacement boards as in our Guarantee we do not cover warping of boards this is stated in our terms and conditions. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this and if you do have any further issues please don't hesitate to get in touch

“awful quality sheds with even worse customer service”

****Upadate***** shed now 9 months old.. mutiple leaks, pools of water on the floor. Tried to use the "unbeatable gurantee" , however no luck. Apparently it leaks by design!!! - what a joke this company is paid over £1500 for a shed hoping it would be strong and well made! Although the manufacturing team were stood down for Covid reasons, they marked my order as "in production" straight away anyway meaning I would have to pay a fee to cancel the order. When the shed did arrive, it wasn't in the allocated delivery slot. The drivers unloaded and dashed off. The shed was treated by me as required whilst flat on the ground, but once it was upright it was clear there were many defects. A few shown in the pictures (if google will let me upload them) . at least 20 holes some over half an inch wide), cracks and splits in the panels possibly more. ( it no way near waterproof as delivered) These were reported immediately, along with the missing handle. A quick response came back saying I could go and collect the handle and some planks to patch the defects my self, OR i should go and buy some wood filler and plug the holes. I replied saying this wasn't acceptable and never received a response to any email . I tried calling but the service line just goes to a mobile phone with its mailbox being full. I feel like I have just downgraded my shed.. ! Avoid the site reviews as they select which ones to publish, the reviews here are much more realistic- Based on the customer service received, I would say the advertised "guarantee" will be utterly meaningless. - Avoid people not worth the money or hassle

Terrible experience. Arrived faulty after 12 weeks, sent photo's that day to show issue. Had to wait 30 mins each time calling customer services, had to send 3 lots of photo's and 5 or 6 calls before they admitted the problem in Dec. Almost February and I'm still waiting. Do not use!!!

I attempted to order a corner log cabin on their site, it was one of the more expensive ones so I thought the delivery time may be 10 to 12 weeks. Once I put all the details into the boxes and added the various accessories I place order into my basket to check everything. Imagine my amazement at the cabin being given a 33 to 37 week delivery time! I emailed the company to double check this was not an error and they confirmed the lead time at least to be 33 weeks - nedless to say someone else getting my custom South Wales

If you had ordered from Tiger Sheds it wouldn't just be the lead times that shocked you! Take a look at the negative reviews posted on various review sites for a true reflection of the quality and customer services provided by this company. How many companies have a dedicated Facebook page called Tiger Shed Complaints where unhappy customers try and help each other out and compare notes on their experiences. Honestly, do not believe 95% of any positive reviews.

Do not waste your money on a Tigershed. There cannot be many companies that have attracted so much criticism that there is a dedicated facebook page called Tigershed Complaints! Do not trust any good reviews of this company. Reviews are either made by tigershed and any negative comments removed.

“6 months on a still no usable shed pieces”

I would give this company zero stars if that were possible. I would never recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy. Don’t use this company. I ordered my “potting shed” on the 29th April this year, it took until 13th August to deliver the panels to find that they door was on the wrong end (this product is asymmetric so they cannot just be put on the end you want). I had been in communication with them 3 or 4 times in the intervening time of order to delivery and asked and they had confirmed the end the door was on was correct. Obviously they didn’t bother to check as when it arrived in the flesh it was the wrong orientation. Fast forward several phone calls and it is the 2nd November and still no panels with the correctly orientated door. They cannot confirm if the panels have even been manufactured. They blame everything on COVID19, I know its been a tough year (I work in the NHS on the front line and have looked after these patients first hand) but I don’t see how they can possibly blame another 3 month delay to manufacture and deliver the correctly orientated end panels on the virus when others have had their sheds delivered. I have tried to be polite I have asked to speak to more senior members of their teams and not had the call back I have requested. In short do NOT order from this company their customer service is appalling and I can’t tell you about the quality of the product as I can’t build it yet, it is pieces of wood lying around my garden.

“Do NOT Buy a Tiger Shed”

Do not buy a Tiger Shed. This is an overpriced poor quality product from a company who has a Customer Service team that will completely ignore you if you have a problem. After treating this shed with Cuprinol, as per the instructions of both Tiger Sheds and the Cuprinol Technical Advice Service, the shiplap started to warp and crack after one year and the timber on the doors shrank so much that the lock no longer reaches from one door to another. I now have a shed with gaping holes in the walls and no security. Repeated emails to Tiger Sheds have been ignored. You are better off buying a cheap shed from a DIY shop - it will last a lot longer than the Tiger Sheds product that is unfit for purpose.

“Worst company ever”

Tiger sheds is by far the worse company I’ve ever encounter. Took them 13 weeks to deliver my shed, they sent just one delivery driver for a 8x8ft shed and expect their customers to lift the panels off the flatbed, every single one of the panels delivered had some form of production fault or damage, they didn’t supply any fixing for the felt and to top it all off, there was a ceiling baton attached 6inches too close to the edge and the roof didn’t fit!! Their customer service is horrendous, takes over an hour to get through on the phone, weeks for them to answer emails and when you do speak to someone you get no apology, no chance to exchange or get a partial/ full refund for a substandard product and they speak to you like utter garbage. Would never ever use them again! Do not recommend!! Would give them 0 stars if it was an option

“worst company I have ever dealt with”

I ordered a mayflower summer house from Tiger Sheds in April 2020 and I knew it would take a while to be made due to the Covid19 situation and I accepted this. I was given a delivery date for 22nd June however the date came and I had an email saying there was delay until the following week, I thought ok these things happen. The weekly emails with different excuses came each week until 29th July when finally it was being delivered, I was delighted to see the truck arrive but happiness was short lived as there was no doors or fixing kit included, I thought again this is just a simple mistake and gave the benefit of the doubt. Since then I have phoned, emailed and sent a signed for letter asking when the doors and fixing kit will come until last week they said I would get the doors and fixing kit delivered on the 10th september, but again the truck arrived with no fixing kit and the wrong doors. To say I am angry is an understatement. Meanwhile the pieces I received in July are lying in my garden and the glass is in my lounge, both are causing me anxiety as the parts could fall or the glass could break. I try never to leave bad reviews but feel that I wouldn't want anyone to go through the hours of phone calls etc that I have. Please find another company to spend your hard earned money, I wish I had!

“Missing part, don't seem to care”

We ordered a shed around 6-8 weeks ago. It has arrived but with a part missing. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to matter how many phone calls you make as they only respond via email but we are still waiting for that reply too! I won't be ordering from this company again and am praying that we hear about our missing part soon. Totally understand we are in a strange time globally at the moment but to not be able to sort anything over the phone when the email system is so slow is a total joke.

“Avoid this company”

I ordered a shed from this company on 13th of may and paid for the installation of this shed,was given a 10 week delivery time scale as per their website, and informed that the company would be in touch regarding installation 10 days after delivery,shed was delivered 16 weeks later ,one of the widow's was broken on delivery,asked for a new piece of glass to be delivered,2 weeks later no glass no shed assembled and after numerous phone calls from my self one from them ,very unsatisfied, customer service is the worst I have ever encountered,my advice AVOIDED AT ALL COST

Build quality of cabin was good however no detailed Build instructions. Shed quality is average . My problem with then is total lack of customer service, Delivery was split over 2 Separate deliveries yet tracking said 1 delivery. They got back to me 1 week after the second delivery to rely That all deliveries have been made. I have tried calling on various occasions to report missing parts but no answer. Shed was missing end strips and a shelving kit that I bought and paid for never arrived. Emailed around a dozen times but this now being ignored also. Initial email answered asking for details of missing parts , still waiting on this being answered Once you have paid dont expect any money back if you have a problem as they seem to have disappeared.

“Rubbish ”

Delivery man 30 minutes early so was just dumping it on drive and he was very rude. I had to take the front of the shed to pieces and realign around the door not one of the panels was straight down the side of the door. I had to sand the hole shed because of the appalling finish I have also got to somehow fill all the holes in it from knot holes they left, I paid for the upgraded door and lock which we got but tiger sheds DECIDED NOT TO GIVE US A KEYS to open the door they Left LOCKED. Oh and the base not square I had to repear that aswell. We paid £950 for this shedthis was meant to be a top quality shed not some cheap rubbish from wickes or B&Q but wish I had shopped there now at half the price, tiger sheds are rubbish avoid

“Deceptive Delivery Charges”

Told there was free delivery then charged £99 at the checkout I was delighted when I clicked on an email from Tiger Sheds advertising their Cyber Monday offers. Their Flex Apex shed looked like just what I was looking for, with a 20% discount and free delivery to my postcode clearly indicated on the delivery map.(PA Mainland Only) I went through the entire ordering process then was informed at the checkout that there would be a £99 delivery charge. I stopped the order at that point and contacted Tiger. They admitted that the map DID show the whole of mainland PA34 postcode as a free delivery area, but referred me to some weaselly small print further down the page. There is however NO indication on the map, which would be what 99% of customers use as their primary information source. People who live outside the central belt of Scotland are sick of inflated delivery charges, and even sicker of companies who hide their ridiculous delivery costs.

Do the sheds/potting sheds have wooden floors? The one I have seen was erected on a concrete base.
