Worst company in the UK, I received junk bedside and they are refusing to send replaced parts !! I sent image that show clearly what rubbish products I received but The Range have no shame and refuse to send damaged parts or make refund !! I am recommend all UK NOT WASTE MONEY AND TIME with The range as they have zero reputation 100% ignoring customers. You will cause headaches with The Range. “In my top 3 shops ”

The only reason for not giving 5/5 is due to not selling wall lights in their store. I know they sell online, but sometimes it is nice to actually see the product in real life! The stores I have been in and purchased all sorts from have been fab, absolutely no complaints, great variety of products, lots of wallpaper to choose from, good prices, and the staff are pleasant. “Poor customer service”

If you buy anything from the range make sure you keep the receipt even for products you might think are ok after a couple of months, I bought a pair of Wellington boots for dog walking they lasted less than two months before they split, they were very distinctive regards to pattern I had not seen them anywhere else but The Range I took them back for an exchange (I had no receipt) no chance! I returned a faulty Christmas exterior display item to the store for a refund. It is 22 miles from where I live and costs £3 to cross the Dartford Crossing. They said they could not refund it without proof of purchase and did not want to take it back. I said I would leave it with them and send to them proof of purchase and they could refund me by credit card, debit card, by post, by BACS or just by lodging a credit note at the store for me to redeem later.
