We have purchased a total of four ceiling fans from this company. We only required three but unfortunately one fan fell to the floor after four months and had to be replaced. The cause of this is still unknown and I am not blaming Henley Fans. The replacement fan was not the model we ordered. The company fully accept that it was 100% their mistake but unfortunately the fan had been installed so they could not accept a return. They did offer a 50% discount on a fifth fan but we did not feel we wanted to spend more money with them.
We also felt the manager's response to our complaint bordered on rudeness.
