Seeds arrived promptly despite postal strikes, found 9 seeds out of 'average 10' germinated 5. I have been growing Sungold tomatos for years. I normally have 90-100 % success rate from well known company's seeds.

I placed an order but mistakenly put in a delayed delivery date realising my error I tried to contact them by the e-mail link provided. No joy it kept telling me to fill out my query even after doing so repeatedly??!?! I gave up and thought I'd leave a message on their answering machine again no joy it was FULL!!? No surprise there! What a shower I'm amazed their in business! come to think of it maybe their not their just accepting orders I will not be returning and advise anyone who thinks their saving a few quid on cheap seeds to think again!!!

They sent the packet to the old address, no order confirmation that would enable the error to be rectified. Nor did they send a despatch notification, as they claim on their website. If they did I could retrieve the packet from the old place straight away. Instead, they even ignored my email enquiry, as I was completely unaware of the situation and was waiting in vain. When I lost hope receiving seeds from them, I ordered on eBay ending up buying two packets when I only needed one and with two weeks delay. All this was caused by their customer service from hell. And why bother with them at all when you can buy seeds on eBay with free postage!

avoid at all costs !!!! Ordered programme of slug control only first batch arrived. Ignored all contact! Burn your money rather than deal with them. Tried every form of contact but nothing, answerphone full so can't leave message. Tell everyone to avoid these people, post on your social media please.

Excellent service from this firm, my seed potatoes arrived in excellent condition, they were very well packed and arrived in good time. Emails are answered promptly, don't try to ring them as they do say it will be 24 answerphone. This is not a problem as the emails are answered so quickly and in a friendly and very helpful manner. I will definately be ordering from Simply Seeds again.

God help you if you if you have any problems with this mob, 3 emails and an attempted phone call (answerphone only and the message tape was full) elicited NO response. Most of the sweetcorn seeds I bought failed to germinate, did they care, well obviously not. Nothing is more frustrating than being ignored by a compnay when you have a complaint, so I am now an ex customer. Be warned if you wish to be treated with contempt, this is the company for you. Contrast this with Sutton's Seeds who when I hax a similar problem with some tomato seeds, just sent me another packet which seeds germinatec and all was well.

Heaven help you if you have any problems with this company, because they won't. They ignore emails and the telephone number is an answerphone, that you cannot leave a message on as it is full (probably with complaints). So their response to problem seems to be ignore the customer raising it and they will go away, which in my case is true, and I will NEVER buy anything from them again.

Previous seed orders have been fulfilled promptly and with the exception of one had a good yield in germination. The all seasons seed potato selection however was very poor with the Pink Fir Apple being very small and only two showing signs of chitting with three just shrivelling up, likewise the Desiree variety had two potatoes which have failed to chit and on has just rotten. Two contacts through the website have been totally ignored by Simply Seeds and the review via their website pointing out these issues has not been published. Presumably this is how they manage their high ratings on their website. With the potato shipment it would have been beneficial if they had considered the temperature on the potato shipment as they arrived on one of the coldest days of the year, but the lack of response from customer service has to be the biggest issue here. I shall be avoiding in the future.

All the seeds bought especially the onions non of them germinated and the little gems and mixed lettuce and courgettes were of no use especially after the trouble we went through ordering a lot of items

very pleased with what i ordered realy competitive prices by a company that will buy in bulk and release its seed at a knock down price, to smaller gardeners like myself simply seed is a real bonus, it gives me a chance to try alot of varieties for not alot of cash.

Liked your site, Good selection, Seeds arrived promptly, packaging good. I personally find that your printing on the packets to be rather small, and some parts difficult to read. Perhaps a slightly larger packet label, or a clearer printing would help. I understand you need to keep your costs down, But also we need to read the packaging more clearly. Other than that, all is fine.

ordered 7 bulbs most of which were ok, but one only included seven viable cloves, the rest were tiny. Of those seven three were rotten. I asked simplyseed's for a replacement a week ago but have not heard anything yet.

After having been a satisfied customer for quite a while I have been disappointed with the service I have received with my last order placed on the 28th of last month. The garlic bulbs received were of poor quality and needed replacing so I emailed to let you know after finding that it was impossible to phone you as your mailbox was full! I have had the usual automated reply that someone will reply when they are available...but how long?!!! I have emailed three times and still have not received a reply. Very disappointed.

neither has mine ...very disappointing results hardly anything has germinated even easy to grow cabbage, was thinking it was my fault .
