Placed my order via internet on 26th June now the 11th July still waiting. Rang on Monday for an update of my order and apparently they had a blib with orders placed on the internet on this day!!! Was told that they would re-order and I would receive the order by the end of the week. Rang this morning I should now get my delivery on Monday. My advise to anyone using this company ring them to confirm order and then chase them if you do not receive it on the day promised. When I asked them why they had not contacted me re my missing order their system doesn't flag up the orders until they are either sent out or someone rings them to query it. Seem very poor to me and also unhelpful didn't seem at all bothered. Wont be using them again.
