Ordered a 6m x3m gazebo online, delivered quickly. Had a problem with an item being damaged so emailed them and got a quick response, resolved the problem straight away and sent a replacement bag out immediately. Arrived a few days later. Fantastic service cannot fault. Thanks again.

Can't fault the awning I bought. Really happy with the quality of it - far superior to the ones you buy from Argos etc. it's been well used at events all through the year and has stood up fantastically well. One of joints got damaged on a windy day, but was able to get a replacement joint from Rock Awnings and its as good as new. If that had happened with a cheaper gazebo, it would have meant replacing the whole gazebo. It's easy to put up. One person can manage it themselves and easy to put away. It comes in a heavy duty bag. Good quality canopy and panels, totally waterproof even when it's throwing it down!

Awful delivery service 6 items ordered so far 5 items delivered over 2 days by 2 different vans. Now still waiting for the gazebo roof. Great products just struggle to get delivered on time. Will now be using someone else!

Ordered red 3ft Gazebo. Fab quality fast delivery. Unfortunately 1st ngt of having it up my nephew kicked a ball through pvc window . I called on the Monday & the discounted another panel & i paid delivery. Brilliant service would highly recommend this product & company.

Initially it looked like we had a problem with our order, but it was very soon acknowledged and sorted. So rare to find a company that accepts it had made a mistake and then goes out of its way to rectify the problem. Bravo Rock Awnings

After a few cheap qazebos only lasting 2 or 3 times we decided to go for something more substantial and the rhino pro 50 seemed to fit the bill, we were quite amazed just how strong it was and the high quality - definitely built to last!

Just bought top of range 15Ft x 10Ft pro awning from Rock awnings...top quality at a decent price did a free delivery to me as well i cannot fault these chaps..i had a problem with wheeled cover bag the zip came off as there was no end stop, I rang the company and they delivered a new bag the same day free of charge with no questions asked! I fully recommend Rock Awnings..thanks for a great product chaps!

I have had my pro 40 gazebo for about 18 months. It gets a lot of use ( several times a week) all year round and has with stood strong winds, rain, hail and sunny days. I do cross tie and use wights. The product is faultless, the delivery was fast. I had to have a replacement part and that was dispatched same day and arrived the next. I cannot fault Rock awnings, and many of my fellow traders have purchased gazebos from Rock awnings after seeing mine. I cant wait to buy my next one to expand my business.

I eventually received my 4.5 x 3 Explorer pop-up gazebo. The quality is great, the support from Rock Awning's was great, but your delivery service (TNT) was so bad that I didn't get it in time for the BBQ. Although Rock Awning has supplied a good quality product at a good price & it is definitely robust, I have been left disappointed. 1. I missed the delivery but was informed that I could pick it up from the depot on the next day (Saturday). 2. On Saturday I drove 40 miles (each way) to collect it for the Sunday (BBQ). 3. They couldn't find it.... I returned home after being told sorry but you will receive it on Tuesday (Monday was bank holiday). 4. Stayed in Tuesday, no gazebo. When I called TNT still couldn't find it. 5. Contacted Rock & they dispatched another. 6. Guess what. Two gazebo's arrived on Wednesday. Sorry Rock but had you a better courier you would have got 5 stars for your service & the product. Tip! The product is good, but order in advance. Margate

I am very happy with the service I received when ordering from Rock Awnings. I spoke to an adviser over the phone who did a great job on advising me which gazebo best suited our needs. Overall we are very impressed with the quality, sturdiness and the ease of putting it up and down. A great product. We shall definitely recommend your gazebos to others.

This is the third gazebo we have bought from rock awnings & I wish I had found them earlier it would have saved me a lot of time, money & hassle! This one we had the canopy fully printed & its looks fantastic!!! We are very pleased with the overall quality & look of the product & would definitely recommend.

2nd time used, leg snapped - contacted Rock Awnings - basically not interested - they offered to SELL the spare parts at £50+. (awning already cost over £200!) Poor quality, extremely poor customer service. This company associates its name with Waitrose, BBC, BMW,Burberry, BAE Systems ... twitter here I come ! absolutely appalled and would not recommend anyone use this company unless of course you have money to throw away. Seem happy to take the money but not to rectify the faults. Thinking of getting a big sign pinned onto it saying "this poor quality awning is from Rock Awnings and broke the 2nd time it was used, company refused to refund money, offered to SELL spare parts, failed to call or email back, failed to supply warranty when asked.. Buyers you have been warned. Now taking legal route as seems that's the only remedy left.

After spending over a week comparing gazebos online to replace my old one, I wanted something strong and at the same time easy to erect, I found rock awnings offered a price match guarantee but to their credit, there was actually no need as I couldn't find anyone on the internet cheaper than these guys. Following speaking to the sales department, who were really friendly and offered great advice, I decided they were definitely the company I should go for. I ordered the product on a Friday at around 3.40pm and explained I needed it on the Saturday... I knew my chances were slim but they really went the extra mile and put it on a priority Saturday service for no extra charge. Thanks for going the extra mile guys and for such fantastic customer service. Excellent job and great quality products - no regrets choosing your company! I will definitely be recommending you to my friends and family!

I purchased a Rhino Pro 50 and Pro 40 Series gazebo from Rock Awnings based on the description on the rockawnings.co.uk website, I was unsure as the price seemed quite cheap for the specifications compared to others on the internet however the person on the phone assured me it was the same quality as a Gala Tent that I had already priced up. However when I received the pop up gazebo and my husband checked the specifications the description was untrue. They advertise that the leg pole is 2.5mm on the pro 50 when it is actually 1.4mm, the canopy and sidewalls do not feel 600d, possibly 350d at the most. The cast aluminium joints were tarnished and scratched and I found out later after researching this, that these break and are a lesser quality than the plastic joints used in similar pop up gazebos, the frame sticks when erected and I believe this is due to the aluminium on aluminium friction. What was even more alarming the pro 40 leg pole measures 1.1mm and rock awning advertise this at 2mm, I think this is one for trading standards. These products are more suitable for domestic use they are DEFINITELY NOT a commercial quality gazebo. I did not opt for the printing however based on the gazebo quality I would imagine it would be very poor quality. I will be returning these products for the full refund, if you have one I would do the same. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! After I requested they collect the gazebos, I received a call from an advisor from Rock Awnings accusing me of working for a competitor. He was rude and obnoxious and assured me "He knew what he knew" whatever that might be! The collection was arranged only after my husband called up to complain about the shocking treatment I had received.  STEER CLEAR!
