After two seemingly satisfactory transactions a 3rd order resulted in a late delivery that contained an aerial mast that was damaged and that the order had allegedly been delayed to "replace". Also included was a battery charger which was of poor quality and the one I eventually replaced it with from a reputable supplier indicated the original was also faulty. Of the four rechargeable batteries supplied one was defective (unusable) and the other three do not hold their charge.
I received a couple of "polite" but totally ineffective responses to my e-mails then further e-mails were totally ignored.
Any supplier can be in the position of having goods arrive at the customer in a defective or damaged state but if this is handled reasonably then any problems can be resolved I have found.
This company has displayed a total lack of interest in this matter and so I assume they are happy to charge customers for defective and damaged goods.
Do not deal with these people.
