I ordered nearly £100 plants from 'Plantify' in mid April 2015. The plants did not arrive and so I chased the issue up several times. The plants arrived on 11th June. One of the most expensive plants was completely dead, and one was failing, so I contacted 'Plantify'. This was the response: 'We are experiencing volumes of emails and phone calls that we simply cannot respond to in the time frame we would normally like. We have had visits and sales far in excess of our expectations, and way ahead of this time last year, a position exacerbated by a need to move our major packing area from Clacton-on-Sea to Horton in April. We are increasing capacity and will be hiring three further people in our customer service team, but this will take time and will be in place by 28 May. Please do not feel that we are being rude or ignoring you - we will most definitely get back to you and hope to solve any requests you may have. If this means that you are not able to add to an order or are otherwise inconvenienced, we will supply plants, or whatever else is needed at our own cost. One way or another we hope to make you happy. If you have enquiries on your order status, you can look at your My Orders screen. We realise that the information on this could be improved and will be looking to adding additional features but given the nature of software development this is likely to only be ready in a few months. Please be assured that we hope to get back to our normal service within the next few weeks. Best The plantify.co.uk team' What a load of patronising 'rubbish' that turned out to be... I have written several more times because I have not received a replacement plant for the dead plant, etc. There has been no reply and the Plantify telephone contact number does not work any more. I did not use Paypal so presume there is no recompense? I used 'Plantify' on this occasion, because of positive earlier reviews - it now makes me think I won'y get influenced in the future by online reviews because they are not always accurate and lead you up the garden path [literally, in this situation!]I cannot select any of the options below about delivery, because the plants arrived 2 months later!

this company has now ceased trading--no refunds offered--they have posted on their website that you have to get your money back from your credit company or Paypal i received part of my order then got Paypal to refund me the rest---good luck everyone

Ordered two plants from this company in April, after a phone call (no answer) I e-mailed them and they said plants would be with me by 27th May, still waiting !! Have e-mailed them again and asked them for confirmation of delivery date or a refund,can't say that i am confident of a reply or the plants or a refund !!! , shocking service,would not recommend this company to anyone. What a let down.

I placed an order with Plantify on the 3 April and payment was taken on the 4 April, when the first delivery date passed I was advised by email of their problem of moving warehouse, however, 5 delivery dates later I'm still waiting for my plants. Why is this company still accepting new orders on their website when they are having such a problem fulfilling their backlog of orders. I would recommend that you do not place any orders with them until their problems are resolved.

Order not deliverered as so many others. Having visited this web site I rang on Tuesday to cancel and asked for my money back and spoke to a very nice person called Abi. Her first day working for Plantify. Said she would arrange and the money was back with me in full on Thursday. So maybe they are getting things sorted

£100s of pounds and months later, no contact no answering of phones or emails. Now going down the legal route to sue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!

Like so many other reviewers I have had appalling service from this company. Order placed 1st April, credit card debited same day (of course!), after a couple of e-mails giving delayed shipping dates due to warehouse move they have gone silent and still no sign of the plants as of the date of writing (27th May) and all attempts to contact them (by phone and e-mail) are met with automated messages only. No way would I ever use these people again!

Impossible to contact this company. No reply to telephone call or e.mails .i have been waiting for a order placed ion early April. The only communication from them has been to advise me of delayed date for delivery, the last expected date has now passed. I want to cancel the order but. Can't get through to do so. Have left 3 messages which have not been returned or acknowledged.

This company stinks I have had the excuse that they are moving their warehouse ,I have had several delivery dates none have been met ,they shouldnt be in business.DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

I placed my first order in February, it was delayed 3 times but eventually arrived & plants were in ok condition. I was told that the delay was due to a move of premises. I emailed before placing my second order of more than £800 and was assured that the current estimate dates given in the website were accurate & business was now running smoothly. I in fact got a very fast reply, and had two call backs to supply me with a bulk discount code. The service was very friendly and efficient in all of the time before the money was paid. I should have had my plants by 11 May. It is now 21 May and I have received no plants. I have sent a countless emails and left numerous answer phone messages without reply. I am a small business just starting out. The order is for an elderly couple who are having the garden re-planted to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. It is important to them that the work is complete before the special day. It is important to me that I don't let my customer down. I am just starting out and do not have another £800 to source alternitive plants, or even to refund my customers. I do mot want to get a name for myself as some kind of thief - which is what I will look like if Plantify don't deliver the plants or refund the money. I have also lost two days income for time which I had set aside for planting. I really just need to know what they intend to & by when. Please Plantify, if you are reading this, please just get in touch.

Have been waiting almost 6 weeks for 2 small trees. No response to email and they don't answer the phone. Have reported them to trading standards as I warned them I would.

Ordered plants first week of April and advised delivery would be 10th to 15th April. Since then repeated delays which are not advised until the last minute. Cannot get through on the phone. E-msils not responded to. Have asked for my money back - Yes they took it fast enough. Still no response by today 19.05.15. Will have to resort to claiming on my credit card

I ordered for several hundred pounds, but for over two months I have been waiting for delivery. No one answers when you wait on their call centre queue. First they came along with excuses that they decided to upgrade their warehouse during spring, which is the busiest time of the year and that orders were being dispatched a few weeks late. Now I am getting no reply to any emails. What a bunch of clowns

I ordered 2 roses fro. This company which were supplsedly in stock. My order has been rearranged twice and over a month later I still have not recieved my plants. I also have had no response to email and nobody answers the phone. Avoid at all costs. Only g.ad I didnt order all my plants frlm them, though. Ay never see my roses or the £30 again.

Still waiting for my order from Plantify to be delivered . Delivery date was put back new date also missed & no further update . Like so many other people I have tried phoning and e mailing on numerous occasions but no response , appalling customer service !! Does anyone know what is going on ?

I wish I never placed an order with these clowns. Customer service will not reply to emails so who knows if I'll ever see my order for plants. There are plenty of other plant websites who can supply you with what you need without this hassle.

I have been waiting weeks for the order of 2 bay trees for £30. Order kept being pushed back, am now receiving no responses to emails or phone messages. No one appears to answer the phone at Plantify, you hold and hold to horrific 70's horror film music, eventually you can leave a message and no one returns your call. Do not waste you time and money (they still have£35.99 of mine!)

I ordered plants which seemed to be a good deal. However the order was delayed to the point where i had to cancel. They do not answer e-mails od telephones. Beware, you will not be able to contact them if you have a problem. I suspect any warranties will be worthless.

Plantify is the trading name of Vorsprung Ltd.
Not sure that information will help with a claim but I'm owed money as well :(
