Last year I gave Plant Me Now a five-star review on Amazon. I ordered the same item (through Amazon)again this year (Lobelia Waterfall Blue) and instead of the green, healthy little plugs I got last year, these were pot-bound in the plug, and dried-up with yellowing leaves, obviously old. I had to ditch two of the six, and it remains to be seen how well the rest do. They certainly have not had a good start. I suspect that PMN are running down their stock, and I got stuck with remainders (but at the full price). Shame on you, Plant Me Now!

I placed an order recently for bulbs to go to a friend for her birthday. A couple of items were delayed and I have to say that the help I received from Plant Me Now to complete my order to our satisfaction and to arrive in time was first-class. My friend was delighted. I won't hesitate to use Plant Me Now again.

I have just recently stumbled across your website and started using your service. Being of a mature age and a Scotsman, some might say I would be difficult to please. My experience of other plant suppliers has been mixed. However I have got to give credit where it is due, and say that I am more than happy with the quality and service I have experienced with the orders I have placed with you. So much so that I am about to place a further order with you!

The plants I bought where of good size, excellent condition, we'll packaged and delivered promptly. Will definately use again, wish I had known about this company in the past Bernie McCabe.

I've ordered some busy lizzy which i have been looking for for ages but found this site. i did order some plants from another company but not pleased in how they turned up (off dead ) . i am very pleased with the plants that i received i would give this company a 10 out 0f 10

I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Have shopped for 2 seasons now and been 100% delighted with the quality of the plants and the helpful friendly customer service. Please Plant me Now, don't go the way of the big guys. I've had some dreadful plants from them with little or no customer care. One small suggestion. I'd like to see more in the way of mixed packs. I only have a small garden and sometimes packs of 6 plants the same are too much. Possibly the 'ready plants'?

Have bought from this company for the first time, and am delighted beyond words with products and service. The plants arrived within days, well packaged and with robust root systems and healthy growth. Exactly as described on the website. I've bought online before and have been generally disappointed with what I received. The ease of service is perfect for me as I'm disabled and find Garden Centre buying inappropriate for my needs. With pricing being a further prohibitive factor. I will certainly be buying again in the future and will highly recommend to family and friends.

Once again 1st class plants delivered spot on time no waiting about for weeks to have them shoved through the letter box,Iwould like to see more basket plant variety such as Tapiens and Nemesias

I have just received my plant's as this is my first order it certainly wont be my last now to order some more! Excerlant quality, well established and ready to plant.

Ordered some dahlias for myself and some for my mother for Mother's Day. Thought I might have been taking a risk on the delivery time but I needn't have worried - I ordered on Monday evening and my very well packed parcel arrived on Wednesday. When planting my dahlias I discovered that one of them was very fragmented and it just didn't look viable (although I doubt this would have been the fault of PlantMeNow. I contacted Customer Service and received a replacement the following day. You can't ask for fairer than that! I will definitely use them again.

Excellent website - so easy to navigate. Ordering was a very straightforward process and my plants and seeds were delivered in record time. Just like some of the other reviewers I was delighted with the quality of all the plants - each one was strong and healthy. I too have used other companies and been very disappointed with my purchases. Definitely no dead or wilting ones here. The plastic packaging is excellent, ensuring the plants arrive in top condition. This company has got it right - great plants, safe fast delivery and excellent customer service.

I saw the earlier reviews and thought I would give Plant Me Now an opportunity to impress and I have to say you get 10/10. Plants all healthy ( which is the most important part ) and a reasonable size I have used other well known companies which have been very very poor, so keep up the good work and keep supplying plants like this and people like me will keep coming back for more. Once again my plants arrived in perfect condition, well rooted and vigorous for the main,the calibrochia were a little bit on the small side but well rooted so with my warm conditions will soon catch up,I would like to see more trailing Verbenas such as Temari on the catalogue. the delivery is second to none no waiting about for days or weeks wasting time only to have your parcel pushed through your letterbox,many thanks for a cracking service.

It is the first time I have ordered from this website and after placing an order and then seeing something else that I wanted a few days later I was unsure about how to go about it. After emailing their helpline early evening I got a reply within the 1 hour, which I didnt expect, from Tim. M. explaining how to go about changing my order and if I had any problem to email back. I had a problem with one of the flowers Id previously ordered being out of stock but no problem was too small for Tim and he rectified this when my ordered was being despatched. I work in retail and I have to say that this company has definitely picked the right person to work in their customer service department with excellent customer service skills and making the customer feel like they have been given 101% attention with their order and keeping them informed at all times - I would definitely recommend this company. The plants were also delivered quickly after my order was processed and they were all healthy and looking fantastic.

36 fuchsia plug plants arrived today. All 36 look very healthy and good leaf formation. Very impressed. 1st time I have used 'Plant Me Now'. Will definitely use them again.
