I had a wasps nest in the eaves of the roof and they were coming in the house through the loft. I called and had Great service. He was here quickly within a couple of hours. Very polite and professional and got the job done, and was very considerate of my fear of being stung. He got on with the job straight away and even taped up the loft and light fittings to prevent any angry wasps coming in afterwards. What’s more the price is very fair - a lot less than others who ‘ couldn’t do it for that price’ and then seemed angry that I wanted other quotes - so I’m very glad I chose Pestek and will definitely use again if I need to.

Got in touch with Pestek after discovering a rat in the garage. I was given a price for 3 visits and a gentleman came the next day. When he arrived the rat had come out of the garage and he suggested it was dying and there wasn't much he could do. He still re-set my traps and made sure the rat couldn't get back in the garage to be on the safe side. He also had plenty of advice that was re-assuring and, despite all he'd done, he left without charging a penny. He was extremely honest, fair and knowledgable (the rat died a few hours later). I called one afternoon and a very nice man came round that evening. The price for spraying of the wasps nest was cheaper than the council. I paid by cheque and it was all done within 15 minutes. There aren't any signs of any wasps today and I've seen some dead on the floor. All in all I would highly recommend this company.

After building work stalled due to signs of droppings you attended within 2 days and immediately identified that the problem was rats. You took care to show me the problem and clearly explained what what you were doing to treat it. Your professionalism was shown by the way that you reset when were concerned that all the bait had gone, potentially meaning that not all the rats had been got(you had got them as second baiting was untouched). It was also excellent the way that you looked around the premises to try to identify the source of the rats access. Thoroughly professional and recommended. Oh, and superbly laconic!
