Good price,but let down by goods not arriving and not answering emails/phone calls.

Placed an order with oneclicktools at the begining of December and 4 weeks later I still have not received anything from them, not even a reply to the emails I have sent to their customer service asking about my order. I doubt that they have even read them. I have made a claim via PayPal that I used to pay with and they haven't even answered to the claim. I have been shopping online for over 7 years and have never come across a company as bad as this one and I wouldn't order anything from any of the Oneclick online companies as they are all owned by the same people (oneclick.co.uk) Avoid dealing with these amateurs.

Easy order online but poor response time when e-mailing about order delay.Sent 2 e-mails which which took 2 days to receive answers.

Registration and order were easy, however delivery took longer than the 1-5 working days stated, however came well packed and the tracking system did help, although package seemed to be at town post depot for a good 3-4 days before it was eventually delivered. Contacted customer service but because item had been dispatched they couldn't help :(

Great price and quick delivery. Easy to install and robust - I was worried it would be a cheap alternative given the price, but Yale have a strong reputation and this is just what I was after. My only criticism is that, I was replacing an existing broken lock which had a wider fixing to the window, this fixing is thinner, so there are marks showing around the fixing point - but that is a small beer issue - the window now opens and locks which is the main event ! I'd recommend One Click for this product - although they have hounded me 3 times for a review !

Item was delivered two weeks after ordering. Had to email them twice before I had a reply with no explanation of why my order had taken so long to be delivered. I ordered a Half round Dreadnought File which when it was finally delivered only had teeth on one side which was not in the item description on their eBay listing.

ORDERED THE ITEMS OFF THEIR WEBSITE, AND CONTACTED THEM IMMEDIATELY TO SEE IF I COULD UPGRADE TO A QUICKER DELIVERY SERVICE AS NO OPTION AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE. i had to google for a phone number as they are email only contact. the lady who eventually answered took ages to find my order, then asked if she could ring me back, but never did! i rang again the next day but got no reply. after about a week, i hadnt heard anything at all, so i rang them again, and after holding on for several minutes, i was informed that nothing had been done with my order, and that the goods werent even in their stock. the lady promised them to me by the following tuesday, and they turned up on the friday! item wasnt even the colour stated. i left them negative feedback explaining these problems. i then had a email a few days later asking me to contact them urgently as they had tried to ring me(which was impossible as i have my mobile 24/7) so i rang both the numbers provided several times with no reply at first, then i gave up. i then got another email requesting i remove the feedback in return for a gift voucher discount code, which i ignored as they are not worth the effort! i have no idea how this outfit got as big as they claim to be on their marketing, however i am doubtful of their claims, due to the existence of so many drop shipping operations run from a bedroom on the internet these days! AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND CHCK THEIR EBAY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK OF SEVERAL HUNDRED IN RECENT MONTHS!
