Ordered a Honda Versatool with most of the options on a Saturday and took delivery on the following Tuesday.
I noticed that there was no harness supplied. The Honda docs are a bit vague about the harness but the Honda Website implied that there should be one so I rang Just Lawnmowers to check. The person I spoke to was very helpful, contacted Honda to check and the harness arrived a couple of days later.
