Item received on the promised day. Driver had followed all of the special delivery instructions to deal with restricted access. Item arrived as a bundle but driver let us check item before he undid bundle to make it easier for him and us to off load.

Item was of good quality and went together easily as required. The pergola looks the part and definitely enhances the end of our drive. Because we had the pergola installed as a corner set and the corner was not a perfect 90 degrees we had to cut a piece of the wood. This cut clearly showed the total penetration of the preservative. I am sure the pergola will have a long life.
