Is this a fake company ? I have paid over £ 500 order.No confirmation about delivery. No response to emails, phone calls

Purchased storage heaters (4) enquiry Monday prompt reply, ordered on Tuesday,delivered on Thursday AM, follow up phone call to check on delivery position, all in all first class service and good price.

I emailed this company to check which heater I needed to purchase before I placed an order with them as it was for a specific purpose - I received a one line response " stop fx ng emailing us " I had never contacted them before and had not been offensive in my email so I was very upset by this one line response. I have emailed since to try and find out what the problem is but they have ignored me. I would not recommend any firm that are so unprofessional that they send out offensive emails like this. I purchase everything via the internet as I do not drive and this is the first time I have ever had such a rude response. Would not recommend.

I've had one of these before and have been looking for a replacement for a while. I am very pleased with it as I use this constantly in an airing cupboard as it runs at a very low cost like having a lightbulb on, a lot cheaper than using a tumble dryer. could not do without one of these now. delivered in a couple of days and a good price, happy all round would certainly recommend this product

Excellent product, but the carrier "ChronopostInternational" could not find our house. Instead of leaving the package at our local post office, I had to drive for one hour (return journey), to another town. Not 'JC Electrics' fault.

Good prices, excellent service and fast delivery, the only problem is driver wouldn't go down driveway and dropped pallet in a carparking space on the drive, leaving us with the problem of getting them to our property, which wasn't easy and took nearly an hour for the heaters and bricks to be moved. Jc electrics excellent service, couriers not impressed.

I had a Dimplex storage heater for 24 years and just decided it was time to replace it like for like as it has proven its reliability, So I ordered a new one from JC Electrics the price was very competitive and it was delivered within 4 days securely wrapped to a wooden palette in perfect condition. very happy with the service. Did what it said it would do. I am so pleased with the service I have had. The fire is excellent. Top marks for the delivery company Nothing more to say.

I ordered dimplex radiators and they were delivered within one week from Wales to Northern Ireland, the only problem was that the lorry that delivered them was articulated which had I not had access to a farmyard building would have made it very difficult to get delivery as the lorry would have been unable to get up my drive. Overall the delivery etc was excellent

Mother in law bought this as like her previou fire.it has 3 bars which 2 work on an economiser so radiate on and off so more economical as is her only form of heating also has convector so perfect for her.excellent customer service from this company and delivery very good too.

The prices for NSH were the best I could find on the internet. It worked out cheaper to buy online through JC Electrics and pay for delivery than to buy from a company 10 miles from me. I was told I would be contacted by both JC Electrics and by the courier company to arrange a date for delivery. The delivery turned up unannounced at 10:30am! Had I not been home, what would have happened to the delivery?

The above fire came at a good price and was delivered after 2 working days I was well informed when to expect the delivery.No complaints from me would not hesitate to buy from you in the future.

I bought this fire for my sister in law as the one she had was worn out. This fire was just what she wanted. Good to look at with the option of one or two bars for heat. The fact that you could just have the light on without the bars was ideal for her as she says that the effect of the flames makes you feel warm. The delivery time was very good and the fire was very well packaged. Overall a good experience. Thank you.
