I bought a shower side panel, pivot door and tray from this mob and wish I'd never seen them! The tray is good and the side panel - what can go wrong with a side panel? But the door (supplied already in the frame) is shocking and won't close properly due to how the magnetic strips are fitted and their lack of strength so water leaks out. I have been arguing with them for weeks now and they sent out some new magnets - wrong ones as they were for the edge of the door not the frame. Then they offered to send out a new door which would be of no use at all as it is the closure in the frame that's the issue. At one point he offered a refund for the door and has now gone back on that. In order to put things right he now expects me to rip out the entire cubicle and send it back for a refund leaving me with another builders bill and no shower until it can be reinstated! Avoid at all costs!
