Delivery was late two days and then it came incomplete. Still didn't get parcel or my money back. Bad communication and bad service. On Growell.co.uk they don't allowed to put review if is one or two star just five and four, but don't be fooled by that they are worst and most expensive company. 16 pounds for delivery and they managed to screw it up twice. For ROI better ordered from dublinindorgardening , free delivery when you spend 50euro and it is on time at your place. Very disappointed with CROWELL, failed on simple things. Never order again

Ya standard it seems I just received the same service , late and wrong adress , now I can’t get , thou my loss and it’s not a one off the previous order was incomplete and most of the product was faulty , ie tent burst and fans not working 2 of ... one to avoid
