We ordered a sink for next day delivery and paid the extra as we needed it the next day as the sink had to be fitted on this day. Placed order, my wife even rang up and spoke to the salemen and stressed that we need the sink delivered the next day. Both promised it would be here before 12pm next day. We get a call at 9;30 from the manager to say the sink won’t be coming the parcel company forgot to collect it. Our work is on hold, my wife in tears and we have 1 hour to buy a sink, with two young kids and working from home, I can’t deacribe what this company has put us through.

Shopped around to do the touchy , feely thing then went on line to get the best deal ( as you do) . This purchase, the delivery and quality of mosaic tiles was of the highest order.

Service was great, samples arrived within 3 days although one of them was broken so perhaps wrapping each tile in bubble wrap rather than parceling them up altogether would be better.

First time I have used this company after being let down by another well known company who failed to tell me it was a 10 week lead time on a customers tiles despite ordering 4 weeks in advance. I placed an order with Grand Tap and less then 48 hours later they were in my tilers hands ready to be laid. No fuss, no messing around they did exactly what they said they would do and kept me informed. As a trader I need to be able to rely on my suppliers and Grand Taps literally saved the day for me

Lovely tiles, matched the bathroom perfectly. Looked great in the box but lost all sparkle and colour when grouted in as the light couldn't shine through. Ripped them all off again, cleaned all the grout off and glued them on. Might be a dust trap now, but they look great.
