I ordered several plants from this company. But my issue is with the purchase of Three Magnolia Trees in Bud.

"Twigs with a few leaves on" would be a better description.
I contacted the company by telephone which meant a 10 minute wait to get an answer, after speaking with customer services i sent pictures to them and the lady (jess) promised that her manager would contact me. I waited all day, but no contact was made. I then received an email the next day, telling me that the Magnolia Trees are no longer in bud and the advert is an old one. Worth saying that my current Magnolia tree has several buds on it. sounds like a poor excuse to me.


They did offer a return at my expense and a refund. However

I have decided to keep them and see how they grow.

WILL I BUY ONLINE AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY. NO WAY AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU.

I agree with your comments - I spoke with jess & Chantel (who were both polite & courteous) but I was also promised the manager would call me back and he never did! All of my products were such poor quality - I highly recommend no one uses them ever!
