Wrong items sent. Missing plants. Plants damaged and pots crushed on arrival. Rotten bulbs sent. But the worst of this site is the customer service. THERE IS NONE! I must have sent a dozen emails about the missing plants and numerous requests to return the wrong/damaged items in the past 6 weeks but all I’ve received is automated responses saying that they will be in touch. BUT THEY DONT! A one star for these people is too many!
