Purchased this less than a year ago and is still officially under warranty. Ive had nothing but problems from day one, it has never started well takes four or five attempts of arm knackering effort. Eventually it began to keep stalling so I had had enough by now so contacted Gardenlines customer service and spoke to a lady who, very politely waffled on and on (couldn't get a word in) about petrol mowers and that I would have to take it to a nominated repairer that was about 30 mile round trip. Bearing in mind if they thought it was something I had done I would have to pay for repair. I would have to pick it up so in total that would be 60 mile journey. I need up taking it to a local mower repair only 3 miles away for repair. But here I am now in springtime wanting to mow my garden for the first time and the bloomin thing won't start it's totally dead! Pile of rubbish that cost me almost £300 I just wish I had purchased from a reputable retailer.

Bought a mcculogh petrol strimmer for 90 pounds only last couple of months they will not give refund you have to take it to a local shop to fix so I would recommend to buy from somewhere else

The service and delivery by Garden Lines was good however, the Handy lawn mower I bought is useless. The chain keeps coming off so the machine will have to be consigned to the bin

the mower arrived the next day even though order was place at 1.45pm small problem of missing part and free oil was duly sorted out very quickly. will have no hesitation of using this company again

I cannot review the product sadly as it never arrived in the next-day-delivery service promise. This meant I had to go out and purchase another machine from a local dealer. Numerous phone calls to the courier were fruitless. I was told 'the driver ran out of time'. Not good for Gardenline customers and seriously lets them down.

Very pleased with this splitter. Does what it says on the box, very sturdy machine. I'm a 70 years old lady and found it pretty straightforward to use.

A great addition to my big boy's toys collection. No more stiff back with using axe, maul & wedge. Split some very knotty pine with ease. Wouldn't bother with the 4 way split addition as I think it's a waste of money.

Thought long and hard before purchasing and was not disappointed. Goodbye maul, wedge and axe (and stiff back) Easily manipulated and moved and simple to operate. I particularly like the way that the ram can be set to a particular log size instead of wasting energy going backwards & forwards unnecessarily. Split some very knotty pine with ease However, I thought the 4 way log splitter attachment was a waste of money as it splits two pieces too thinly.

...this trolley was an absolute God send when we visited Carfest recently. I was able to pack it with everything from chairs to tent and it proved to be strong and reliable. If I had one criticism it would be that if the ground was wet it may be hard to pull the trolley due to the narrow wheels. That said a great product and thanks to Gardenlines for prompt and efficient delivery.

The mower is great. Cuts lovely and easy to use and navigate. There was supposed to be a free bottle of engine oil included with the delivery which wasn't there but I emailed the customer services and they sent it out immediately and I received it the next day. Cant get better service than that. I would highly recommend this company for the product and customer service.

Had a garden to do needed rotavating to level off to hire from a centre would of cost more than it would to buy one.i saw this website and the reviews and brought this one works very well powerful little tiler would recommend to any one who has little projects on the garden.

On getting my garden Groom Pro ( I went for the more powerful version rather than being disappointed later). Once my arms were accustomed to the weight and torque I found it easy to use and the results excellent. It does what it says on the box. I have not yet got used to the added chute and collection box as I haven't got any high hedges. A good buy and worth its expense.

The product is okay, it's a pity that the next day delivery did not materialise, ordered Thursday before 2.00pm delivered Monday!!!!
