Awful Customer Service & False Advertising

Throughout this purchase, I sent numerous emails ( that are still yet to be replied to ) and made numerous calls (which take 15 minutes to get through each time) as we were initially told our items would arrive within a 3 hour time slot, so my mother took a day off work unpaid to wait in, they never arrived, no one called me and the local depot NEVER answered the phone. After making another 20 minute phone call we then were told that it would arrive that evening, again no show of the items and NO call or contact at all to advise us of this we literally were sat in the house waiting and no one bothered to call us!!!!

The next day we made more phone calls and sent more emails, finally the items arrived the following evening at 7pm. That was the end of it or so we thought. However we soon realised they were not the aluminium frames that were advised to us by the IN DEPTH description on the website stating ALUMINIUM and all weather protected (which has since been changed) the reason we didn't want steel was due to rust as they are garden furniture.
I called the office again and was told a manager would call back, I received no call back and so called AGAIN, again no call back as promised!! Finally after calling AGAIN, I was advised 'we were meant to change the description on the website' and offered a £60 refund. - on £500 items that will rust by Christmas!

I have wasted SO much time on unanswered, phone calls or being on hold, and promised call backs from managers numerous times - which are still yet to be received! I have received no apology and still waiting for that call back from a manager. I would not purchase from this Garden Furniture again and will defiantly be telling others to not use this company.
