They are no good

I brought the 12x10 expert tongue and groove shed, what a waste of money; I ordered it on 27/04/2018
It was a nightmare from the start frame panels were warped very badly, and looked as if they had been thrown together because they were not square which meant they would not clamp together leaving gaps down the joints, the boards don’t line up on the outside, the framing is so thin that the shed is weak. I have taken many pictures; some panel headers and footers were a couple mills to long and had to be trimmed.
Since being up the tongue has warped leaving gaps all over the place and it’s only been up two months. The wrong pack had been sent; I had contacted Buildings Direct throughout the build and said I think I need some sort of compensation, I was told they will only replace faulty items which in my case would be the whole thing, there are no good panels even the doors are warped and split.
Had I not have pre-treated some panels the whole thing would have gone back but I was desperate for the shed and most problems came to light during and after the build.
